We have developed, licensed and  purchased tools and processes that give us the ability to work with our clients on a broad range of solutions to their needs.

Based on needs, we may provide services in all or any combination of six areas. In some cases, such as an assignment to resolve conflict within a team, we may use assessments, one on one coaching, a Communications seminar, and a goal setting process. In another case, we may deliver a presentation to a large group on the Stages of Change. In a "square peg in a round hole" situation, it may be one on one counseling. It all depends on our clients  needs.

Consulting -   We have been working with clients on a variety of challenges since 1995. Our consulting can take many forms, based on the needs of our clients. Every client and every assignment is different and requires close attention to the culture, objectives, experience and expected outcomes.

Surveys - we can provide 360 surveys for individual and organizational development. We can provide surveys targeted at specific issues within workgroups. Presentations and Speeches - Where a consistent message as part of a development process is needed, we provide the experience and skills to effectively communicate our client's message. 

Coaching -  We've been doing this for years, on a one on one basis, or a group basis with leaders and emerging leaders, as well as teams. We provide coaching services most often as an extension of our assessment work and our leadership development work with individual, teams and organizations.
