"Helping Clients Select and Develop Talent and Teams"
Hire The Right People For The Right Jobs - Your A Players
Assessments of Behavior, Motivators and Personal Skills Help Our Clients
Get A players - the right people in the right jobs
Make better people selection, development and performance decisions.
Assessments can:
identify How a person will do the job ( Behaviors)
identify Why they do the job (Values and Attitudes)
Identify whether they Will and/or Can do the job (Personal Skills).
Our clients can use all three assessments to create a picture of how the Behaviors, the Attitudes and Values, and the Personal Skills, working together, will fit the needs of the position.
Our clients use the same assessments to "Let The Job Talk" and find out, from their stakeholders, what Behaviors, Attitudes and Values, and Personal Skills are needed to do the job. The assessments, using the TriMetrix System™, can benchmark the position. Our clients have seen a huge improvement in selection success through the use of benchmarks, rather than through letting candidates define the position! Our clients can compare the candidate to the profile of the ideal candidate, in terms of Behavior, Attitude and Values and Personal Skills, to make selection decisions
Our client's agree that an investment at the front of the selection process is money well spent in comparison to the costs associated with a mistake in selection. Costs that include lost opportunity, poor morale, unwanted turnover, and lower productivity.

About Our Assessments
Behavior
This assessment is based on the DISC language - a language of behavior with a long history of development and use. TTI has refined the application of this language of behavior by focusing on its business application. DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. The language of how people approach Problems (D), People (I), Pace (S) and Procedures (C). The assessment measures the relationships between the four behaviors and establishes a picture of how a person behaves - both at work - their Adapted Behavior and how they behave away from work, or under high stress - Natural Behavior
Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values
This assessment measures six Attitudes or Values that drive behavior. These are the powerful motivators of our behaviors. The six Attitudes measured are Theoretical ( Acquisition and Value of knowledge), Utilitarian ( Acquisition and Value of things), Social( Importance of giving to others, or not), Individualistic ( Value of Power and Authority), Traditional(Value of established orders and systems and methods and beliefs), and Aesthetic(Value of beauty, form in life and in suroundings)
TriMetrix™
TTI has created an assessment that is unique and powerful and fills a real need in the measuring of candidates for positions. With this assessment, you can determine levels of development of Skills that you simply had no way of defining before. This assessment, combined with the Behavior and Atttudes assessments, provides a picture of a candidate unequalled by any other assessment set available on ther market today. And they are designed to be used to benchmark the position. The TriMetrix™ process allows you to define the critical Behaviors, Values and Personal Skills required for the job, and then provides the process to compare applicants to the benchmarks.
Additional assessments are available that support selection processes in areas such as Sales Skills, Preferred Work Environment, Task Preference, Job Fit, and 360° surveys. The reports are readily customizable to reflect individual client needs.
