Standards of Performance
While we know actions speak louder than any words, we want to express what we expect of ourselves in our relationships with you. These are the standards by which we shall determine our conduct in relationships with our clients, prospective clients, suppliers, colleagues, associates, and the general public. Our mission is to help our clients, through our expertise in consulting, assessments, coaching and seminar development and leadership become more profitable and successful based on their definition of success
Our work is tailored to meet the needs of our clients, and recognizes the unique requirements of each client.
We will accept only those projects we are qualified to undertake and that are in the best long-term interest of our clients. We will carry out each commitment under the direction of a principal or appointed decision- maker of the firm. We will charge reasonable fees commensurate with the nature of the services performed and responsibility assumed, and will not knowingly allow any person to practice in our name unless they possess a valid contract to associate with us in our practice. We will guard all information as confidential concerning the business and affairs of our clients, prospective clients, associates and affiliated companies that becomes known to us in the course of doing business.
We will not make direct or indirect offers of employment to employees of clients.
We will not use data, technical material, procedures, developments, or copyrighted materials originated by other companies, firms or practices that have not yet been released for public use, without their written permission. We will continually strive to improve our knowledge, skills, and techniques in order to provide additional benefits to our clients.
