Andy Cox
The Cox Consulting Group was founded by Andy Cox in 1995. The goal has always been to help clients select and develop the talent and teams they need to be successful. Andy is a graduate of Marquette University, and completed further education in Organization Development with the AC Electronics Division of General Motors and with The General Motors Institute, as a Management Development Instructor assigned to the New Departure Hyatt Bearings Division of GM. After leaving GM, he held leadership positions in Sales, Profit Center Management, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Executive Selection and Development, and Administration in business services, manufacturing and aerospace corporations. His broad experience results in his working effectively with both line and staff organizations. His past experience taught him the importance of getting the right people in the right jobs as the single most important contribution to an organization's success that he could make. That conviction resulted in his founding of Cox Consulting Group. His work as President of Cox Consulting Group continues to focus on the critical importance of successful selection and development of people as the cornerstone to any organization's success.
